我们对贵州铝厂低A/S拜耳法赤泥生料进行了烧结、熟料溶出及赤泥沉降性能等试验。结果表明,其生料的正烧温度和烧结温度范围能满足工业生产的需求,低A/S熟料的溶出及赤泥沉降性能均优于同等条件下相近配比的山西铝厂和中州铝厂熟料。建议贵州铝厂在近期对拜耳系统进行强化溶出改造后,采用“低烧结法比例混联法”或“串联法”生产氧化铝,以获得良好的经济效益。
We conducted a trial of sintering, clinker dissolution and red mud settling performance of the low A / S Bayer process red mud in Guizhou Aluminum Plant. The results show that the raw sinter temperature and sintering temperature range can meet the needs of industrial production. The dissolution of low A / S clinker and the settlement performance of red mud are better than the similar ratio of Shanxi Aluminum Plant and Zhongzhou Aluminum Factory clinker. It is recommended that Guizhou Aluminum Plant produce alumina with the method of “low-sintering proportion mixing method” or “tandem method” in order to obtain good economic benefits after strengthening dissolution dissolution reforming of Bayer system recently.
