介绍了在离子渗氮炉中以辉光放电为热源,以硼铁膏剂为供硼源进行辉光放电膏剂渗硼的工艺试验。通过金相、显微硬度、X射线衍射研究了渗硼层的组织结构,进行了耐磨性、脆性、耐蚀性等试验,并与普通膏剂渗硼工艺进行了对比,还对其机理进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明。在较低渗硼温度下,辉光放电膏剂渗硼可得到较厚的单相Fe_2B渗层,脆性小,并具有良好的耐磨性和耐蚀性,是一个值得进一步研究的方向。
The technological experiment of glow discharge paste boronizing using boron gypsum as boron source was introduced in the ion nitriding furnace. The structure of the boronizing layer was studied by metallography, microhardness and X-ray diffraction. The wear resistance, brittleness and corrosion resistance of the boronizing layer were studied. Compared with the ordinary boronizing, the mechanism was also studied A preliminary discussion. The results showed that. At lower boronizing temperature, glow discharge paste can get thicker single-phase Fe_2B layer with less brittleness when it is infiltrated by boron hydride, and has good abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, which is worth to further study.
