时代呼唤改革精神。改革开放的大潮中涌现出一大批杰出的将才和能人,党和政府为他们的脱颖而出创造了十分有利的条件。作为一所学校来说,要搞好教育教学改革,创造特色,同样需要在教师中培养典型,让先行者做出榜样,从而使学校教育教学改革从点到面,全面展开,并逐步深入。回顾我校十二年的教改历程,我们为特级教师李庾南的教改创造条件,使她尽快地成长,可以说是一个突出的例子。

As a school, it is necessary to do a good job of reform in education and teaching, and to create features. It is also necessary to cultivate typical models among teachers so that forerunners can set an example, so that the reform of school education and teaching can be carried out in an all-round manner and gradually deepened. Looking back at our school’s 12 years of teaching reforms, we created conditions for the reform of the special grade teacher Li Yinan, which allowed her to grow as quickly as possible. This can be regarded as a prominent example.
