辽宁企事业高级管理人才评价推荐中心是由省委组织部、省人事厅、省经贸委和省企业工委共同领导的辽宁省人才中心所属的人才评价咨询机构。主要职能是:收集、管理、储备企事业高级管理人才的信息并建立相应的信息库;研究、开发并推广适用高级管理人才选拔的测评技术;科学、公正、全面评价企事业高级管理人才的任职资格;受用人单位的委托,向有关单位或企业董事会推荐人选;对现任和后备企事业高级管理人才进行专业性或综合性任职资格培训;开展企业人事诊断、企业人才规划、组织设计、员工培训等方面的人事管理技术咨询。
