黔阳县冶化厂是县二轻系统出了名的亏损负债大户,被认为是“复活”无望等待倒闭的特困企业。然而,该厂于去年上半年竟然甩掉亏损包袱,扭亏为盈了,各项经济技术指标名列榜首,成为黔阳企业界爆出的一大新闻。近3年,其它县市的同行企业关停并转,唯独黔阳冶化厂却一直干得热火朝天,县里也没有给什么特殊政策、优惠待遇,“冶化”咋会突然间“死”而复“活”呢?怀揣疑同,细察暗访,笔者把“冶化”的奥秘归结为7个字:靠自主走出“特困”。
