采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜,研究并讨论了铌、钛单稳定条件下,高纯铁素体不锈钢的凝固组织及夹杂物的状态.结果表明:单钛稳定相对单铌稳定能显著提高铁素体不锈钢的等轴晶比例,铌更能起到细化晶粒的作用.铌、钛单稳定条件下铁素体不锈钢中夹杂物的分布和类型存在较大的差异.
The microstructure and inclusions of high-purity ferritic stainless steel with niobium and titanium single-stable conditions were studied and discussed by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the stability of single-titanium relative to single niobium can significantly improve the ferritic stainless steel Of niobium and niobium can refine the grain, and the distribution and types of inclusions in ferritic stainless steel under niobium and titanium monostable conditions are quite different.
