本文首次采用衍射光栅刻划机在抛光好的光学玻璃棱镜表面上制作周期为1200条线/毫米的光栅的棱镜-光栅耦合器。把它用于其薄膜折射率即使大于棱镜折射率时,仍然可以在薄膜中有效地激励波导模式。
For the first time, a diffraction grating scaler was used to fabricate a prismatic-grating coupler with a grating period of 1200 lines / mm on a polished optical glass prism surface. When it is used for the film whose refractive index is larger than the refractive index of the prism, it is still possible to effectively excite the waveguide mode in the film.
