就洗必太对变形链球菌变聚糖产生的影响进行了研究。结果表明低浓度的洗必太不仅能抑制变形链球菌的生长,而且对葡糖基转移酶的活性及变聚糖的产生具有抑制作用。提示洗必太的抗菌斑机制不仅在于能抑制致龋菌的生长,对葡糖基转移酶活性及变聚糖产生的抑制作用也是其抗菌斑机制之一。
The effect of chlorhexidine on the mutans of Streptococcus mutans was studied. The results showed that low concentrations of chlorhexidine not only inhibited the growth of Streptococcus mutans, but also inhibited the activity of glucosyltransferase and the production of glycosaminoglycans. Tip chlorhexidine antimicrobial plaque mechanism not only can inhibit the growth of cariogenic bacteria, glucosyltransferase activity and the inhibition of the role of dextran is also one of its anti-plaque mechanism.
