本文用骨髓闪烁图象(BMS),铁动力学和骨髓干细胞培养(BMS)研究原发性再生障碍性贫血(IAA)是否完全恢复。13例成人患者,男8例,女5例,22~76岁,均为缓解2年以上IAA患者,2例用ATG治疗,4例用大剂量强的松龙治疗。在缓解前有10例用过雄性激素治疗。BMS;静脉注射~(111)In,48小时后用高速移动探头作整体扫描,扫描后的骨髓分四种类型:类型Ⅰ:正常分布;类型Ⅱ:低播散蓄积分布;类型Ⅲ:斑点状分布;类型Ⅳ:扩散分布。铁动力学:静脉注射~(59)Fe标记患者血浆,在14天内按计划取血,按Finch等人的方法测定血清铁消失时间(PID),血清铁转换率(PIT)和红细胞铁利用(RCU)。BMC:自胸骨或髂骨取骨髓,离心收集单个核细胞,按Brodly的方法测CFU-GM,用10ng/ml重组人粒-巨核克隆
In this study, we examined the complete recovery of primary aplastic anemia (IAA) using bone marrow scintigraphy (BMS), iron kinetics and bone marrow stem cell culture (BMS). Thirteen adult patients, 8 males and 5 females, aged 22 to 76 years, were all treated with ATG for 2 years or more, 2 with ATG and 4 with high-dose prednisolone. Ten patients had used androgen treatment before remission. BMS; ~ (111) In was intravenously injected for 48 hours and then the whole body was scanned with a high-speed moving probe.
