金山店铁矿“三结合”技术革新小组,为了改变喷射混凝土支护中需要人工拿着喷嘴进行喷浆的状况,自行设计试制了一台适合小断面巷道喷浆支护的喷浆机械手。经现场生产试用,证明这台喷浆机械手使用效果良好,不仅减轻了工人拿着喷嘴喷浆时繁重的体力劳动,而且提高了喷浆工效和质量,操作安全,深受操作工人的欢迎。该设备由车架、手臂(包括摆圈和摆动机构)、行走机构、液压传动和电气控制系统组成。喷浆时机械手靠行走机构可以沿巷道方向移动。手臂的作
