目的 :介绍螺旋CT血管造影 (SCTA)常规扫描及三维重建方法 ,评价其在主动脉病变中的临床应用价值。方法 :回顾分析 8例主动脉病变 ,采用 5mm层厚、在螺距 1~ 2之间进行扫描 ,应用工作站进行各种功能重建。结果 :多平面重建 (MPVR)可较好地显示主动脉夹层的内膜片和血栓的范围 ;表面阴影显示 (SSD)会较好地显示腹主动脉瘤瘤体、形态、大小及其与周围血管的关系 ;最大密度投影 (MIP)能较好显示主动脉血管壁的钙化 ;CT仿真内窥镜成像 (CTVE)对主动脉内腔及其分支血管开口情况等显示较好。结论 :SCTA是评价主动脉病变较好的影像检查方法 ,能为临床提供较多的诊断信息
Objective: To introduce the method of spiral CT angiography (SCTA) routine scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction to evaluate its clinical value in aortic disease. Methods: Eight cases of aortic lesions were retrospectively analyzed. The thickness of the aorta was 5mm and the scanning was performed between 1 and 2 of the pitch. The workstation was used for various functional reconstruction. Results: Multiplanar reconstruction (MPVR) can better display the scope of intima and thrombus in aortic dissection. The surface shadow display (SSD) can better show the morphology, size and the surrounding area of abdominal aortic aneurysm. (MIP) can better display the calcification of the aortic vessel wall. CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) showed good performance on the opening of the aortic lumen and its branch vessels. Conclusion: SCTA is a good imaging method for evaluating aortic lesions, which can provide more information for clinical diagnosis
