目的建立本省、本地区实验动物生理指标数据背景资料,为新药非临床安全性评价提供准确、可靠、科学的参考依据;为辽宁科研、教学等领域实验人员提供参考。方法普通级、SPF级Wistar大鼠(6~8周龄)各60只,雌雄各半,腹主动脉采血,用血球计数仪及配套试剂盒检测血液生理指标。结果普通级Wistar大白鼠的HCT、LYM、GRA%、MCV、LYM、MCHV、PDW雌雄之间差异显著;SPF级Wistar大鼠的WBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHV、LYM、MON、RDW、LYM%、MON%、GRA%、PDW、MPV雌雄之间差异显著;普通级与SPF级Wistar大鼠的WBC、MCV、MCH、MCHV、PLT、LYM%、MON、GRA、PDW、MPV、RDW、RBC、PCT、MON%差异显著。结论本研究的结果证实普通级Wistar大鼠与SPF级Wistar大鼠的血液生理指标差异显著,不可相互代替使用,但可以为本地区普通级Wistar大鼠与SPF级Wistar大白鼠的应用提供一定的参考数据。
Objective To establish the background data of physiological index data of laboratory animal in our province and area to provide accurate, reliable and scientific reference for the non-clinical safety evaluation of new drugs and to provide reference for laboratory personnel in fields such as scientific research and teaching in Liaoning Province. Methods Normal, SPF Wistar rats (6 to 8 weeks old) each 60, male and female, abdominal aorta blood collection, with blood cell counter and kit for detection of blood physiological indicators. Results WBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHV, LYM, MON, RDW in Wistar rats were significantly higher than those in Wistar rats There was significant difference between male and female in LYM%, MON%, GRA%, PDW and MPV. WBC, MCV, MCH, MCHV, PLT, LYM%, MON, GRA, PDW, MPV, RDW , RBC, PCT, MON% significant difference. Conclusion The results of this study confirmed that the blood physiological indices of Wistar rats and SPF Wistar rats were significantly different and could not be used instead of each other. However, this study could provide a certain level of blood physiological indices for common Wistar rats and SPF Wistar rats Reference data
