资金作为企业的命脉,在企业的正常运转中起着举足轻重的作用,资金管理也是企业管理的重中之重。集团公司因其本身体系复杂,在提高资金的使用效率,降低资金使用风险等方面容易出现各种各样的问题。本文针对集团公司资金管理的特点,深入探讨当前中国集团公司资金管理存在的问题,并针对性地提出了加强集团公司资金管理的对策措施。
As the lifeblood of the enterprise, the fund plays an important role in the normal operation of the enterprise. The fund management is also the top priority of the enterprise management. Because of their complicated system, the group companies are prone to various problems in improving the efficiency of capital utilization and reducing the risk of using funds. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the fund management of the group company, this paper deeply discusses the problems existing in the current fund management of the group company in China and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the fund management of the group company.
