B7分子是提供协同刺激信号的重要分子,包括B7-1(CD80)、B7-2(CD86),其相应配体为CD28、CTLA-4。B7-1分子与CD28结合后能诱导协同刺激信号的产生,癌性胸水来源的淋巴细胞体外用重组人IL-2(rhIL-2)激活后,对肿瘤细胞也具有较强的细胞毒性;也被认为是一类TIL。本文观察了B7分子在TIL细胞的细胞毒中的作用,发现B7-1基因转化MDA-453肿瘤细胞后,能增强TIL细胞对此转化肿瘤细胞的细胞毒活性。
The B7 molecule is an important molecule that provides a co-stimulatory signal, including B7-1 (CD80), B7-2 (CD86), and its corresponding ligands are CD28, CTLA-4. The binding of B7-1 molecule to CD28 can induce the production of co-stimulatory signals. The activation of cancer pleural effusion-derived lymphocytes with recombinant human IL-2 (rhIL-2) also has strong cytotoxicity to tumor cells. It is considered as a type of TIL. This article observed the role of B7 molecule in the cytotoxicity of TIL cells and found that B7-1 gene transformed MDA-453 tumor cells can enhance the cytotoxic activity of TIL cells to this transformed tumor cells.
