随着我国学前教育的发展,男幼师比例也随之增大,并凸显出其特有的性别优势。但是由于个人对专业的认识不足,社会传统文化的影响,专业教育方式以及国家对男幼师培养重视度不够等原因,学前教育专业男生的专业认同感普遍较低。针对这种现象,从学生自身、社会方面、学校层面及国家角度切实采取相应对策强化学前教育专业男生专业认同感显得尤为必要。
With the development of pre-school education in our country, the proportion of men and women teachers also increases, and highlights its unique gender advantages. However, due to the lack of individual knowledge of the profession, the influence of the traditional culture of society, the mode of professional education and the lack of importance attached by the state to the training of male kindergarten teachers, the professional recognition of boys in pre-primary education is generally low. In response to this phenomenon, it is necessary to strengthen the professional identity of boys in pre-school education by taking corresponding measures from the aspects of students themselves, society, school and country.
