实施课改以来,选项教学成了高中体育教学的主流,健美操以其优美的动作、鲜明的节奏、充满青春的活力得到了学生的极力追捧。但健美操并不是学习一套或几套操就能体现出它的魅力,学生也会因学习效果不明显,如动作笨拙、不协调而急躁,产生厌倦情绪甚至放弃。如何提高学生健美操选项的学习兴趣是我们必须解决的问题。
Since the implementation of curriculum reform, the option teaching has become the mainstream of high school PE teaching. Aerobics has been sought after by its graceful movements, vivid rhythms and youthful vigor. But aerobics is not to learn one or several sets of exercises can reflect its charm, students will not learn the effect is not obvious, such as clumsy movements, uncoordinated and impatient, resulting in tired or even give up. How to improve students’ interest in studying aerobics is a problem we must solve.
