目的观察前房灌注液对角膜内皮细胞超微结构的影响。方法兔眼活体前房灌注4种灌注液(生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液和相加平衡盐液)30、60、90min后,比较观察角膜内皮细胞超微结构的改变。结果生理盐水、复方氯化钠液和复方乳酸钠液在灌注60、90min时,内皮细胞的超微结构出现不同程度的改变,如线粒体肿胀、胞膜破裂、胞装空泡形成等,而相加平衡盐液在90min的灌注过程中,其超微结构无明显改变。结论4种灌注液对角膜内皮细胞超微结构的损伤作用由大到小依次是:生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液、相加平衡盐液。
Objective To observe the effect of anterior chamber perfusion fluid on the ultrastructure of corneal endothelial cells. Methods The ultrastructure of corneal endothelial cells was observed after anterior chamber perfusion with four kinds of perfusate (normal saline, compound sodium chloride solution, compound sodium lactate solution and balanced salt solution) for 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Results The ultrastructures of endothelial cells changed to different degrees at 60 and 90 min after treatment with saline, compound sodium chloride solution and compound sodium lactate solution, such as swelling of mitochondria, rupture of membrane, Balanced saline in the 90min perfusion process, the ultrastructure did not change significantly. Conclusion The four kinds of perfusate on the corneal endothelial cell ultrastructure damage from descending order are: saline, compound sodium chloride solution, compound sodium lactate solution, the balance of salt solution.
