功率场效应管具有输入阻抗高、驱动电流小、开关速度快、高频特性好、热稳定性好、耐高压、工作电流大、输出功率大等许多优点。目前,大部分开关电源都应用功率场效应管,如:影碟机、彩色显示器。大屏幕彩色电视机及音频功率放大器等电子产品。由于功率场效应管的结构、原理与晶体三极管不同,因此用万用表判断其性能好坏、类型、电极也不同。由于各厂家制造的场效应管各引脚的排列次序不同,本人在维修过程中,摸索总结出用万用表准确判定其电极、类型、性能好坏的方法。现介绍如下:
