目的:研究红毛悬钩子根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析法对湖北产蔷薇科悬钩子属红毛悬钩子(Rubus pinfaensis)干燥根醇提物进行分离,经IR、1H-NMR和EI-MS等波谱进行结构分析。结果:鉴定出5种化合物,分别为齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,I)、3-keto,16α-hydroxy,24-noroleanolic acid(II)、3’-甲氧基杨梅黄酮(III)、尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(2’-deoxyuridine,IV)和对羟基苯乙酸(p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid,V)。结论:化合物I、II、III、IV、V均为首次从红毛悬钩子根中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the root of Rubus. Methods: The ethanol extract of Rubus pinfaensis was isolated by silica gel column chromatography. The structure of Rubus pinfaensis was analyzed by IR, 1H-NMR and EI-MS spectra. RESULTS: Five compounds were identified as oleanolic acid (I), 3-keto, 16α-hydroxy, 24-noroleanolic acid (II) 2’-deoxyuridine (IV) and p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid (V). Conclusion: Compounds I, II, III, IV and V were isolated from the roots of Rubus rapae for the first time.
