本文根据科技面向经济、面向生产、急建设之所急的原则,对我省已建和近期可能要兴建的水利水电工程进行分析,提出当前科技活动的重点应该是:水库防洪标准研究;加强管理,优化调度;土坝坝基和堤基渗透稳定处理;土坝坝下埋管裂缝问题;环境水利中的“水库冷害”、土壤潜育化、污水处理等;加强规划(特别是防洪的非工程措施和五河尾闾整治);降低工程造价;移民政策和措施;加强培养经营管理、水利经济、环境水利以及兼通水工和地质人材。
Based on the principle of science and technology oriented to economy, production-oriented and urgent construction, this paper analyzes the water conservancy and hydropower projects that have been built in our province and may be constructed in the near future, and puts forward that the current science and technology activities should focus on: research on reservoir flood control standards; strengthening management , Optimal scheduling; seepage stability of earth dam foundation and dike foundation; the problem of buried pipe cracks in earth dam; “reservoir chilling injury” in environmental water conservancy, soil gleization and sewage treatment; strengthening planning (especially non- Measures and five river tailings remediation); reduce project cost; immigration policies and measures; strengthen management, water economy, environmental water conservancy, as well as both hydraulic and geological personnel.
