随着我国经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平显著提高,同时,人们对于健康也越来越重视,进行健康体检成了大众的普遍需求。在体检过程中,人们对于服务的水平也越来越重视。因此,在健康体检中心进行人性化的管理成了体检管理改革的重要措施。本文针对在健康体检中心的管理过程中出现的问题进行分析,提出了相对应的改善策略。
With the rapid economic development in our country, people’s living standards have been significantly raised. At the same time, people are paying more and more attention to health. It has become a common demand for the general public to carry out physical examination. In the medical examination process, people pay more and more attention to the service level. Therefore, humanized management in the health examination center has become an important measure for the reform of the medical examination management. This article analyzes the problems in the management of the health examination center and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies.
