对芸薹子95%乙醇提取物中醋酸乙酯萃取部位进行化学成分的分离鉴定。利用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱,半制备液相等色谱技术共得到14个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构分别为(5Z,7E)-4,4-二甲基-5-乙酮基-5,7-壬二烯酸(1),吲哚-3-甲醛(2),blumenol A(3),vinylsyringol(4),反式芥子酸(5),反式芥子酸乙酯(6),原儿茶酸(7),crinosterol(8),菜油甾醇(9),7-羰基豆甾醇(10),山柰酚(11),龙胆酸(12),丁香酸(13),胡萝卜苷(14)。其中,化合物1为新化合物,除化合物4,5,13外,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Separation and identification of the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate extract of 95% ethanol extract of Brassica. Fourteen compounds were obtained by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified as (5Z, 7E) -4,4-dimethyl-5 (2), blumenol A (3), vinylsyringol (4), trans-sinapic acid (5), trans-sinapic acid (6), protocatechuic acid (7), crinosterol (8), campesterol (9), 7-oxysterol (10), kaempferol (11), gentisic acid (13), daucosterol (14). Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, except compounds 4, 5 and 13, the other compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
