回顾了我国两系法杂交稻研究的简要历史,分析了两用不育系选育中存在的主要问题;着重总结论述了我们选育成功的Hs—1和Hs—2籼型光敏核不育系所采用的生物工程与常规方法相结合的技术路线,包括“短光敏性”为主的育种目标、光温敏互补的亲本配组方式、花培快速稳定和光温敏特性同步筛选等的配套技术体系及其提出依据.
