对SPKA112 0 0型离合器式螺旋压力机的隔振基础进行了振动计算与测试。结果表明 ,打击期间滑块的惯性力是激起压力机及其基础垂向振动的主要原因 ,其激振效果近似等效于对机身施加一量值等于滑块动量变化量的冲量 ;飞轮及螺杆的惯性矩是激起压力机及其基础扭转振动的原因 ,其激振效果近似等效于对机身施加一量值等于打击期间飞轮及螺杆动量矩变化量的冲量矩 ;机身伸缩振动很小 ,远小于垂向惯性力激起的振动 ,可予忽略
Vibration calculation and test were carried out on the vibration isolation foundation of SPKA112 0 0 type screw press. The results show that the inertia force of the slider during striking is the main reason that causes the vertical vibration of the press and its foundation. The excitation effect is approximately equivalent to imposing a magnitude equal to the variation of the momentum of the slider on the airframe. And the moment of inertia of the screw is the cause of the torsional vibration of the press and its foundation. The excitation effect is approximately equivalent to imposing a moment value on the body equal to the variation of the moment of momentum of the flywheel and the screw during striking. Vibration is small, far less than the vibration caused by vertical inertia, can be ignored
