职业学校师资队伍还不能完全适应职业教育改革发展新常态的需要,师资队伍建设的滞后性,成为学校进一步提升人才培养质量的瓶颈。如何改进办学质量中的师资短板,已成为目前职业学校发展的重中之重。要破解这一难题,必须多方联动,完善机制。一般来说,师资队伍短板主要表现在:1.数量不够,结构欠缺。一些学校的师生比接近1:30,许多教师来自高校毕业生,实践指导能力较差,文化课教师多于专业实训指导教师,结构不合理。2.教师素质与现代职
The teachers of vocational schools can not fully meet the needs of the new normal of the reform and development of vocational education. How to improve teachers’ shortcomings in running a school has become the most important part in the development of vocational schools.
