本文通过异相成核剂改变PA1010的结晶表面积,从而使PA1010的微晶结构发生改变。利用顺磁共振方法讨论γ-辐照不同微晶结构的PA1010的俘陷自由基的转变行为。结果表明辐照半结晶PA1010主要产生两种自由基,俘陷于结晶-非晶界面为主的自由基-CH2CONHC·HCH2(a),在放置或加热过程中转化为以非晶区为主要俘陷区域的自由基-CH2-C·=O(b)。成核剂改变结晶表面积从而明显影响着自由基a的含量。相同(近)结晶度条件下,结晶表面积随成核剂浓度增大而增大,俘陷自由基a的含量也高,在一定条件下,自由基a向b的转化量越多。
In this paper, heterogeneous nucleating agent to change the crystal surface area of PA1010, thereby changing the microcrystalline structure of PA1010. Paramagnetic resonance method was used to discuss the transition behavior of trapping free radicals of PA1010 with different crystallite structure by γ-irradiation. The results showed that irradiated semi-crystalline PA1010 mainly produced two kinds of free radicals, which were trapped at the crystal-amorphous interface. The free radical-CH2CONHC · HCH2 (a) Free radicals in the region -CH2-C = O (b). The nucleating agent changes the crystalline surface area and thus significantly affects the free radical content. Under the same (near) crystallinity, the crystal surface area increases with the concentration of nucleating agent and the content of a-free radicals a is also high. Under certain conditions, the conversion of free radicals a to b is higher.
