本文报告了100例克山病患儿和100例健康儿童的心阻抗微分图的所见。心输出量、HI 在亚急型和慢型病例低于正常儿童(P<0.001),但总外周阻力及 PEP/LVET 是明显增高(P<0.001)。在潛在型病例中 PEP/LVET 明显增高(P<0.01),而 HI 明显降低(P<0.001),其他各参数潛在型病例同健康儿童比较无明显差异(P<0.05)。C 波双峰在22例亚急型和28例慢型病例分别是4和8例。舒张早期异常 O 波在亚急型与慢型病例分别占82%和64%,但在潛在型与健康儿童中没有。
This article reports the findings of a heart impedance differential plot of 100 children with Keshan disease and 100 healthy children. Cardiac output, HI was lower in subacute and chronic cases than in normal children (P <0.001), but total peripheral resistance and PEP / LVET were significantly higher (P <0.001). PEP / LVET was significantly higher in latent cases (P <0.01), while HI was significantly lower (P <0.001). There was no significant difference in potential parameters between the other parameters and healthy children (P <0.05). C wave bimodal were subacute in 22 cases and chronic cases in 28 cases were 4 and 8 cases. Early diastolic O wave in the subacute and chronic cases accounted for 82% and 64%, respectively, but not in potential and healthy children.
