本文利用单克隆抗体技术检测２０例甲状腺相关眼病患者的Ｔ细胞亚群，发现ＯＫＴ４细胞数量下降，ＯＫＴ８数量正常，二者的比值下降。对该病的发病机制进行了讨论。
In this paper, monoclonal antibody technology was used to detect T cell subsets in 20 patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy. The number of OKT4 cells was decreased, the number of OKT8 cells was normal and the ratio of the two was decreased. The pathogenesis of the disease was discussed.
