目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度检测在新生儿败血症诊治中的应用.方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月在我院治疗的50例败血症新生儿设为观察组,将同期的50例正常新生

目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度检测在新生儿败血症诊治中的应用.方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月在我院治疗的50例败血症新生儿设为观察组,将同期的50例正常新生儿设为对照组,两组均实施PCT和CRP浓度检测.对比两组新生儿的检测结果和阳性率.结果观察组新生儿的PCT和CRP检测结果显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),钙素原和CRP阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论对败血症新生儿实施PCT和CRP浓度检测,能够有效提高早期检测率,减少医生误诊几率
