人生导师工作绩效评估体系只有运用到实际工作中才能真正发挥效用,并且在实际工作中才能不断得到检验和修正。笔者经过一段人生导师工作经验积累,以及多次的学生座谈、各种调查等,通过分析目前人生导师工作绩效评估现状,从而尝试性地从设立人生导师工作绩效评价小组、学生民意测验操作、人生导师自我述职以及考核结果的运用等几个方面构建一个科学规范的人生导师工作绩效考核评估体系。该绩效考核体系的实施必将提高人生导师完成工作的质量和效率,提高人生导师工作的热情和积极性。
