随着科学技术的迅猛发展,国际互联网的广泛运用,经济全球化趋势的日益明显,传统保密工作正受到巨大的冲击。人民法院保密工作作为党和国家保密工作的重要组成部分,既面临着新的发展机遇,同时也面临着严峻挑战。本文从考察新时期法院保密工作面临的挑战入手,客观分析了当前法院保密管理中存在的突出问题,进而提出了加强法院保密工作的对策建议,即强化保密教育、完善保密机制、加强技术防护,强化队伍建设,等等。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the widespread use of the Internet and the increasingly obvious trend of economic globalization have made the traditional confidential work a tremendous challenge. As an important part of the secrecy work of the party and state, confidential work of the people’s court faces both new development opportunities and severe challenges.
