采用电阻、热膨胀、磁致伸缩及光学金相等试验方法研究了多晶Ni2.1Mn0.9Ga0.9C0.1 合金的马氏体相变特征.结果表明:Ni2.1Mn0.9Ga0.9C0.1合金在400~100K之间发生两次相 变,第一次为马氏体相变,它的热滞后比较小,马氏体相的电阻率高于母相的电阻率;而 第二次相交的结构变化尚未澄清,它的热滞后比较大,新相的电阻率低于母相的电阻率. 马氏体相变时,合金结晶方向长度收缩,磁致伸缩急剧减小.合金中马氏体基本为相互 平行的片状组织.
The martensitic transformations of polycrystalline Ni2.1Mn0.9Ga0.9C0.1 alloy were investigated by means of electrical resistance, thermal expansion, magnetostriction and optical gold test. The results show that the phase transition of Ni2.1Mn0.9Ga0.9C0.1 occurs between 400K and 100K, the first one is martensite transformation, the thermal hysteresis is small and the resistivity of martensite phase is high The resistivity of the parent phase; and the structural changes of the second intersection have not yet been clarified. The thermal hysteresis is relatively large and the resistivity of the new phase is lower than the resistivity of the parent phase. When martensitic transformation occurs, the length of the alloy shrinks in the crystal direction and the magnetostriction decreases sharply. Martensite in the alloy is basically parallel to each other sheet-like tissue.
