在这个大多数人以瘦为美的年代，瘦身已经成为美丽的代名词，无论是身体比较轻盈还是身体有点肥胖的女性，她们经常把“减肥”挂在嘴边，把它当做最重要的事情，甚至是终生目标。减肥的女性对自己总是狠一点，好吃的食物不想、不看、不吃，想做一个经得起诱惑、耐得住饥饿的新时代女性。狠狠地节食带给女性的不仅仅是健康的损害，对食物的渴望更是变本加厉，很容易造成减肥失败，甚至是体重的强烈反弹，于是有些女生长吁短叹：“上天给了我天使的面孔，为什么又给了‘猪哥哥’的身材呢？”
