教师对于学生的帮助和引导,不能光是道理的罗列和居高临下的命令,必须考虑从学生心理方面入手,找到真正桎梏他进步的原因,才可以有效解决问题。从这一角度上看,教师应该掌握心理咨询方面的相关知识。
Teachers’ help and guidance to students can not be simply listed in the truth and commanding orderly. We must consider starting from the student’s psychology and find out the reason for his progress so as to effectively solve the problem. From this perspective, teachers should acquire relevant knowledge in psychological counseling.
