本文介绍了利用微机对冲裁参数计算、排样和板材下料进行辅助设计的一种实用程序。对生产中常用的排样方法设计了各自统一的数学模型,编制了图形输入、参数计算、信息化处理、图形输出检验、排样优化、以及冲裁最优排样与板材最优下料图形的显示与打印程序。并列举了几个排样实例,使材料利用率明显提高,本程序采用BASIC语言编写,运行于PC系列微机上,通用性强,使用方便可靠,可以适用于各种冲压零件的排样。
In this paper, a practical program of computer-aided design of blanking parameters, nesting and sheet blanking is introduced.
