根据YCa4O(BO3) 3(YCOB) ,GdCa4O(BO3) 3(GdCOB)的折射率拟合方程 ,分析了GdxY1 -xCOB可实现非临界相位匹配的波长范围 .利用 70 4 5型光参量放大器 ,测量了非临界相位匹配波长随组分x的变化关系 .
According to the refractive index fitting equations of YCa4O (BO3) 3 (YCOB) and GdCa4O (BO3) 3 (GdCOB), the wavelength range of GdxY1-xCOB that can achieve non-critical phase matching is analyzed.Using the Model 7045 optical parametric amplifier, The relationship between noncritical phase matching wavelength and component x.
