随着经济的发展,我国市场经济也随着经济的趋势变化体制的结构发生变化。现如今市场竞争在不断地深化,我国企业的管理问题也变得日益突显,企业管理必须跟上时代潮流进入现代化这是业界共识。可是企业现代化管理究竟指的是什么?这个问题还有很多企业不是很了解,明白的也是都有自己的看法,可谓众说纷纭。笔者想到,将传统管理和现代管理进行比较,其中的差异就会明显的显现出来,这会对建立科学并合理的现代化企业的管理。
With economic development, the market economy in our country also changes as the structure of the economic trend changes. Nowadays, the competition in the market is constantly deepening. The management problems of Chinese enterprises have become increasingly prominent. It is the consensus of the industry that enterprise management must keep up with the trend of the times and enter the modernization. However, what exactly refers to the modern management of enterprises? There are still many enterprises in this issue who do not quite understand and understand that they all have their own views, which can be described as divergent opinions. I think of the traditional management and the comparison of modern management, the differences will be apparent, it will be to establish a scientific and rational management of modern enterprises.
