近年来,钢铁企业面临的市场竞争环境发生了巨大改变,客户对产品规格、质量和交货期的要求越来越高。为了适应竞争的需要,国内钢铁企业开始实施ERP和MES,支持先进的生产与经营管理模式。其中,打通产销这条关键路径、强化经营管理和生产控制之间以及生产和销售之间的衔接,是通过信息化系统提高钢铁企业管理水平的关键所在。钢铁企业的规模比较大,生产环境相对比较分散。手工管理已无法适应,钢铁企业必须进行信息化建设。传统的一些管理信息系统由于无法实现信息的共享,形成了信息孤岛的现象,因此,它无法满足现代企业管理的要求。ERP的出现,给钢铁企业的现代化建设带来了希望。
In recent years, the market competition environment that steel enterprises are facing has undergone tremendous changes. Customers’ requirements for product specifications, quality and delivery time are getting higher and higher. In order to meet the needs of competition, domestic steel companies began to implement ERP and MES to support advanced production and management models. Among them, opening up the key path of production and marketing, strengthening management and production control and the link between production and sales is the key to improve the management level of steel enterprises through information system. The scale of steel enterprises is relatively large, the production environment is relatively dispersed. Manual management has been unable to adapt to the iron and steel enterprises must carry out information technology. Some traditional management information systems can not satisfy the requirements of modern enterprise management due to the fact that they can not share the information and form an island of information. The emergence of ERP has brought hope to the modernization of steel enterprises.
