在甘蔗两品种伸长生长后期,以三种生长调节剂叶面喷施,乙烯利、草甘膦处理有良好的催熟增糖作用,但对叶片生理生化影响不完全一致:两者均抑制呼吸强度和多酚氧化酶活性;乙烯利明显提高过氧化物酶活性,降低Mg~(2+).ATP酶、Ca~(2+).ATP酶、苹果酸酶活性;草甘膦仅在处理后早期有提高过氧化物酶活性作用,抑制Mg~(2+).ATP酶活性,对Ca~(2+).ATP酶活性影响较小,明显降低叶片N水平。PP_(333)的催熟增糖效果尚有待确定,其对呼吸和酶的影响,与前述两处理表现有较大差别。
In the late growth stage of two varieties of sugarcane, spraying with three kinds of growth regulators foliar, ethephon and glyphosate had a good effect of promoting ripening and increasing sugar content, but the physiological and biochemical effects on leaves were not completely the same: both inhibited Respiration rate and polyphenol oxidase activity; ethephon significantly increased peroxidase activity, reduced Mg 2+ ATPase, Ca 2+, ATPase and malic enzyme activity; In the early stage of treatment, the activity of peroxidase increased, the activity of Mg ~ (2 +). ATPase was inhibited and the activity of Ca ~ (2 +) · ATPase was little affected. The effect of PP_ (333) on enhancing ripening sugar has yet to be confirmed. The effects of PP_ (333) on respiration and enzyme are different from the above two treatments.
