混凝土的开裂破坏原因是多方面的。必须深入地综合研究才能肯定破坏是否是碱-集料反应所引起。本文对工程中的破坏试体取样用光学显微镜、电镜、x-射线分析、能谱分析等进行了仔细研究,并将试体中集料取出进行膨胀试验。根据反应产物的成分,集料反应进行碱的富集,试块内部的开裂以及集料中含有玉髓等特征判定发生了碱-集料反应的破坏作用,同时测长试验也证实集料具有明显的碱的活性。通过综合分析确证破坏是由于碱-集料反应引起的。
There are many reasons for the cracking of concrete. A thorough and comprehensive study must be conducted to determine whether the damage was caused by the alkali-aggregate reaction. In this paper, the optical microscope, electron microscope, x-ray analysis, and energy spectrum analysis of the destruction test specimens in the project were carefully studied, and the aggregates in the test specimens were taken out for expansion test. According to the composition of the reaction product, the aggregate reaction reacts with alkali, the internal cracking of the test block, and the features of the chalcedony in the aggregate determine the destruction of the alkali-aggregate reaction. At the same time, the length measurement test confirms that the aggregate has Obvious alkali activity. Through comprehensive analysis, it was confirmed that the damage was caused by the alkali-aggregate reaction.
