目的建立口岸卫生除害处理危险化学品综合管理系统,消除安全隐患,为保障从业人员身体健康和安全提供科学依据和理论支持。方法应用现代计算机信息技术、无线电通讯技术、地理信息技术、计算机网络等先进技术。结果本系统可对危险化学品仓库进行气体监测、温湿度监测和远程实时视频监测,对运输车辆和化学品进行GPS定位跟踪;通过综合管理信息平台实现了危险化学品(硫酰氟、溴甲烷、磷化氢、环氧乙烷)的规范化全程监管,并能提供监测物品泄露情况及环境温湿度等实时曲线、历史数据曲线,电话自动报警及危险化学品的实时GPS定位、历史轨迹等的电子地图查看功能。该系统通过互联网进行远程操作及监控,操作简单、经济实用,具有良好的稳定性和安全性。结论本研究在口岸卫生除害熏蒸消毒处理过程中,对防止产品丢失、安全事故和环境污染,保障从业人员身体健康安全有重要作用,具有良好的社会效益和推广应用前景。
Objective To establish an integrated management system for hazardous chemicals in port and sanitation, eliminate hazards and provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the protection of employees’ health and safety. Methods The application of modern computer information technology, radio communications technology, geographic information technology, computer networks and other advanced technologies. Results The system can monitor the gas, temperature and humidity, remote real-time video monitoring of hazardous chemicals warehouses and GPS positioning and tracking of transport vehicles and chemicals. Through the integrated management information platform, hazardous chemicals (sulfuryl fluoride, methyl bromide, Phosphine, ethylene oxide) standardization of the whole regulation, and can provide real-time monitoring of product leaks and environmental temperature and humidity curves, historical data curves, telephone automatic alarm and real-time GPS positioning of dangerous chemicals, historical trajectory and other electronics Map view function. The system through the Internet for remote operation and monitoring, simple operation, economical and practical, with good stability and security. Conclusions This study plays an important role in preventing the loss of products, safety accidents and environmental pollution, and ensuring the health and safety of employees in the process of disinfection and fumigation at the port. It has good social benefits and popularization and application prospects.
