以‘塔1’芦柑及其原种(有核芦柑)、沙田柚ב塔1’无核芦柑的杂种群体为材料,通过同工酶分析,研究了无核突变的同工酶标记和无核性状的遗传动态。结果表明:(1)PER同工酶的Rf=036酶带与芦柑无核性状突变有着密切关系,可作为芦柑无核性状选择的遗传标志。(2)在沙田柚×无核芦柑的杂种实生苗中,PER同工酶的Rf=036酶带出现的频率为12:204=1:17,接近于1:15。根据遗传学知识,可推测该酶带由4对基因的重叠作用控制。
In this study, the isolates of ’Citrus aurata’, ’Citrus aurantium’, ’Citrus aurantium’ Marked and non-nuclear traits genetic dynamics. The results showed that: (1) PER of isozyme isozymes Rf = 036 enzyme bands and citrus seedless mutation is closely related, can be used as genetic markers of citrus seedless selection. (2) In the hybrid seedlings of Shatian pomelo × non-nuclear citrus, the frequency of Rf = 036 PER of isozymes was 12: 204 = 1:17, close to 1:15. According to genetic knowledge, it can be inferred that the enzyme band is controlled by the overlap of four pairs of genes.
