研究了不同比重溶液分级的棉籽理化特性和出苗情况,用软X—射线鉴定了棉籽饱满度。结果表明:>1.00比重级的棉籽饱满度达80%以上。不同比重级棉籽的子指、仁指、密度、粗蛋白、粗脂肪等理化特性和棉籽发芽率、发芽指数等性状均随比重级增大而增大,而种子浸出液的电导率,则随比重级增大而显著减小。比重法分级棉籽,方法简便可行,可显著提高种用品质。
The physicochemical properties and emergence of cottonseed with various grading solutions were studied, and cottonseed fullness was identified by soft X-ray.
