In the chronological order from ancient to modern times, we make a comparative review of the evolution of private international law and private international law. I feel deeply that there is a force that is pushing forward the progress of this sectoral law and its various doctrines. This force is not the material force we often refer to - the material economy basis. In Marxist philosophy, the material and economic basis is the fundamental force that drives social development.
