应用紫外线诱导的非程序DNA合成(UDS)检查,观察了不同剂量浓度铀UO_2F_2内污染对脾淋巴细胞DNA切除修复功能的影响。结果表明,当浓缩铀UO_2F_2摄入量为0.1~20μg/kg体重时,脾淋巴细胞紫外线诱导的UDS值显著高于正常对照组,显示小剂量浓缩铀UO_2F_2对脾淋巴细胞DNA切除修复功能具有明显的刺激作用;浓缩铀UO_2F_2内污染机体12天后,脾淋巴细胞未经紫外线照射的UDS值显著增高;丝裂原PHA对脾淋巴细胞紫外线诱导的UDS具有明显的抑制作用。
UV-induced non-procedural DNA synthesis (UDS) was used to examine the effect of different doses of UO 2 F 2 contamination on DNA excision and repair of splenic lymphocytes. The results showed that UDS value of splenic lymphocytes was significantly higher than that of normal control when UO2_2O2 was 0.1 ~ 20μg / kg body weight, which showed that UO_2F_2 with low dose uranium had obvious effect on DNA removal and repair of splenic lymphocytes The UDS values of splenic lymphocytes without ultraviolet irradiation were significantly increased after 12 days of exposure to UO 2 F 2 enriched uranium. Phytophthora PHA could significantly inhibit the UV-induced UDS of spleen lymphocytes.
