目前关于功力大赛男子守桩项目的研究很少,根据本人多年参与比赛、训练队员的经验,对功力大赛守桩项目的技术原理进行分析研究,希望能够对守桩项目的发展做出贡献。
At present, there are few researches on man defending piles in skill competitions. According to my experience in participating in competitions and training for many years, I analyze and study the technical principle of defending piles in skill contests and hope to contribute to the development of keep pile projects.
