目的:检测水通道蛋白1(AQP1)及4(AQP4)在大鼠喉组织中的表达,以探讨AQP1及AQP4在喉部的分布及在喉部疾病发病过程中可能的作用机制和意义。方法:正常大鼠喉组织标本8例,苏木精-伊红染色用于常规组织病理学检查,免疫组织化学染色用于观察AQP1及AQP4的表达部位。结果:AQP1主要表达于大鼠喉黏膜固有层的血管内皮细胞、喉黏膜腺体及肌细胞核膜上。AQP4主要表达于大鼠喉黏膜鳞状上皮、假复层柱状纤毛上皮、固有层黏膜腺体及肌细胞膜上。结论:AQP1及AQP4表达于大鼠喉的不同部位,在喉部水转运中起不同的作用,或许在喉部疾病中具有重要作用。
Objective: To detect the expression of aquaporin 1 (AQP1) and 4 (AQP4) in rat laryngeal tissues to investigate the distribution of AQP1 and AQP4 in the larynx and its possible mechanism and significance in the pathogenesis of laryngeal diseases. Methods: Normal rat laryngeal tissues were collected in 8 cases. Hematoxylin - eosin staining was used for routine histopathological examination. Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression of AQP1 and AQP4. Results: AQP1 was mainly expressed in vascular endothelial cells, laryngeal mucosal glands and myotubes of rat laryngeal lamina propria. AQP4 mainly expressed in rat laryngeal mucosa squamous epithelium, pseudostratified columnar ciliated epithelium, lamina propria mucosal gland and muscle cell membrane. CONCLUSION: AQP1 and AQP4 are expressed in different parts of the rat’s larynx and play different roles in laryngeal water transport and may play an important role in laryngeal diseases.
