Statistics - in short, estimates and extrapolates the conditions that may occur in the future based on data accumulated in the past. Why do this, you need to use the theory of probability to be expressed. Although both probability and statistics are the disciplines that study the regularity of the number of random phenomena, statistics pay more attention to the hidden rules behind random events, all of which need to rely on probability theory. Probability theory provides the theory (theoretical basis) for statistical theory, and all the tests and inferences in statistics come from probability theory. It can be said: probability theory is the cornerstone of statistics. Therefore, statisticians must have a solid knowledge of probability, and only in this way can we truly understand the principles of various statistical methods and the true meaning of various statistical expressions.
