班级管理的最终目的是引导学生发挥主体作用进行自我教育和自我管理,但一成不变的框架式管理,培养不出个性鲜明的孩子,也打造不出优秀的班集体。在班级管理工作中就需要作为总策划者的班主任不断改革、不断创新,总结出一套与时俱进的、有利于孩子身心发展的管理模式。
The ultimate goal of class management is to guide students to play the main role of self-education and self-management, but rigid framework management, develop distinctive children, but also to create excellent class.
