目的探讨分析巴音郭楞蒙古自治州疾病预防控制系统职业卫生检测能力。方法采用问卷调查的形式,对当地15个县区级疾病预防控制中心进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果 15个疾病预防控制中心职业卫生检测人员共有100名,年龄以年轻人居多,工龄主要在10年以下;2013年共检验样品20 145件,检测单位覆盖率约34.87%,取得资质项目512项,实际开展率为53.91%。结论该州疾病预防控制中心检测人员队伍年龄分布不合理,各区县工作开展和能力发展不平衡,有待提高。
Objective To analyze the occupational health testing ability of disease prevention and control system in Bayingolin Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the 15 prefecture-level centers for disease control and prevention in our county and make statistical analysis. Results A total of 100 occupational health inspectors from 15 CDCs were employed. Most of them were young people, and their length of service was less than 10 years. In 2013, a total of 20 145 samples were tested, covering 34.87% of testing units and 512 items of qualifications , The actual rate of 53.91%. Conclusion The age distribution of testing staff in CDC of the state is not reasonable, and the work development and capacity development in all districts and counties are not balanced, so it needs to be improved.
